Shipping Policy

-Please be mindful that our products are handmade. Orders will ship within 10-15 business days.

-Change of address is not allowed. A refund will be issued. If the request is made after the package has shipped a refund will only be issued if the package is returned.

-Therapi is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. 

-Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.
